Scheduling appointments can be a hassle, but our staff wants you and your group to prepare what services you need in order to have a nice, relaxing time at our salon. Please follow our appointment policies below and we hope to see you soon!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to confirm arrival to your appointment.
If you and your group members are more than 5 minutes late from your appointment time, please give us a call to confirm you are committed to arriving to your appointment.
If you and your group members are more than 10 minutes late and didn't notify us if your coming in late from your appointment time, you will receive a strike. We reserve the rights to reschedule your appointment.
At Paris Nails, we don't like to charge customers appointment fees or down deposit just for scheduling appointments. But when you and your group members don't show up or late to your appointment without letting us know a few hours ahead, that will be a problem between you and us.
Three no show or late appointments will result in refuse the rights of scheduling appointments with us. You are only allowed to walk in only.
We like to make sure our schedule fits not just you but for everyone as well.
We prefer cash payment at our salon.
We do ACCEPT MasterCard and Visa Credit/Debit Card for additional transaction fee.
American Express and Discover NOT accepted.
Appointments can only be scheduled by calling in our salon.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us a few hours ahead. Our appointments can sometimes be booked up and we want other customers to come in as well.
When you schedule your service(s) either for you and/or people in your group, it is the service(s) you will get. Please visit our Services page and make sure to read the description of the services you need.
Please call us ahead at least few hours ahead if you want additional services or if you need to change your services.
We want to make sure we want you and your group can get all the services done in one visit. Otherwise it is likely you can't get it.
When you call our salon and request an appointment, you will receive text message(s) either the same day and/or the next business day. We just want you, the customers, to confirm about your appointment, service(s) requested, and with which technician(s).
You cannot opt out the text messages. The appointment text message(s) are for your reminder(s) for your appointment to come in on time. If you miss your appointment, there will be a penalty and no excuses since we did send you text message(s) about your appointment.
