At our salon, we want to make sure all of our customers understand our Salon Policies while inside our salon. Please follow these policies.
We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided. You must tell us immediately while your technician is doing that step of your service.
As soon as you walk out our salon door, that means you are satisfied and accepted your quality services we provided.
We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that we have to do because of damages that happened outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged or missing (they are broken, nails chipped, polish wearing off/chipped off, rhinestones coming off, or nails starting to lift) we have the rights to charge due to your own lack of care.
The redo policy does not cover a change in service or polish color.
We do not offer refunds for any services or products.
Friendly reminder that your artificial nails do have lifespan and how you take care of them. It is best to have your artificial nails to have a check up by one of our technicians and get it filled again every 2 to 3 weeks at our salon.
If your gel polish is chipping off within the first seven days from service date, please give us a call. You must schedule your appointment within the first seven days from service date to get it fixed. We will redo your gel polish with the same technician and same gel color free of charge.
If you choose a different gel color (even if it's in the same gel category) we have the rights to charge you.
If it's after seven days of your initial services, there will be a charge for gel polish change or removal.
Gel Polish Policy does not cover the Regular Polish.
As for Regular Polish, only same service visit we can fix if your polish is not smooth, bumped, and/or accidentally hit. After you leave our doors of our salon, there's no warranties. If your regular polish is chipped, bumped, peeling off, etc.), we are not responsible for any mishaps that happened due to your care after you leave our salon door.
If you work a lot on your hand and /or feet and want your nail and/or toe color to last longer, we prefer you to get gel polish for additional charge.
We reserve the rights to refuse service to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any situation we deemed inappropriate in our salon.
We understand sometimes you must talk with someone (someone in your group, on your cell phone, or other people in the salon), but please set your voice to a low minimum volume. We want to make this salon a relaxing time not just for you but for other customers as well.

We understand how challenging it is spending time for yourself. However, our salon strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. We are not responsible for any injuries or mishaps that occur while they are in this salon.
If you must bring in a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker who is not doing service. We want other customers to relax while in the salon.
We prefer cash payment at our salon.
We do ACCEPT MasterCard and Visa Credit/Debit Card for additional transaction fee.
American Express and Discover NOT accepted.
If you need to leave at a specific time, please let your technician know before service starts.
